Book, Music, and Lyrics by Dewey Fleszar
In the hot summer of 1848 in rural upstate New York, Elizabeth Cady Stanton convenes America’s first Women’s Rights Convention, where she boldly declares “that all men and women are created equal” and that women have the right to vote. The convention sparks a nationwide movement that will continue for 71 years until American women are finally guaranteed the right to vote.
ELIZABETH tells the real-life story of Stanton and her more than five-decade long friendship and political alliance with activist Susan B. Anthony, set against the backdrop of the history of the American women’s rights movement - a movement that they together worked tirelessly to create, progress, and defend. Part biography and part political drama, ELIZABETH is the untold true story of one bold American woman who dared to change the world.

A small-town girl takes a twisty Perp Walk from shame to fame in this raucous, crime-ridden musical full of singing and dancing perverts and crooks. And that's just the lawyers.
Fresh out of a Midwestern cornfield, our utterly innocent heroine finds herself — through the sometimes cruel and inscrutable magic of musical theater — dragged in handcuffs into grimy Manhattan Criminal Court, where she has transformed into an irresistible composite of tabloid tropes. She's a blonde! She's a co-ed! And she's an accused serial killer! Of tragic, celebrity puppies!
In turns frightened, flummoxed and really, really ticked off, "Puppy Girl," as she is dubbed by the ravening press, must now run a comic gantlet of power-hungry prosecutors, sleazy lawyers, and hack reporters, all eager to get famous by destroying her. She soon finds out that her only friends are a media-savvy quartet of fellow perps: an adorable shoe fetishist, a volatile hip hop hellion, a check-scammer whose roommate is a corpse, and the annoying Broadway Groper.
Puppy Girl also finds out that she likes all this attention. A lot. And maybe even more than everyone around her.
